This week, Theo Triantafyllidis was announced as the recipient of the Frieze London Artist Award 2026, and I am leading the development and production of the winning commission, Feral Metaverse (Spider), which will premiere at Frieze London this October.
I have been working directly alongside Theo on the project over the past months, shaping and driving its development from early-stage concept and institutional partnerships through engineering, fabrication and production.
The commission is now in production and is co-commissioned and co-produced by Forma in collaboration with Google Arts & Culture.
For me, this is exactly the kind of work I do best: entering ambitious artistic projects early, helping define what they can become, building the right structure and relationships around them, and leading them through the complicated realities of actually making them happen.
By the time a project is announced publicly, much of the real work has already happened — the decisions, negotiations, technical problem-solving, production strategy, partnership building and constant judgement required to keep the ambition intact while making the work viable.
Feral Metaverse (Spider) premieres at Frieze London in October 2026.
Dwutygodnik Reviews “If/Then”
Dwutygodnik’s new review of If/Then highlights Feral Metaverse, the evolving new media project I produce with Theo Triantafyllidis. Here’s how we’ve been shaping this world across art, tech, and installation.
A new review in Dwutygodnik takes a close look at If/Then at U–jazdowski, and as always, I’m interested in how people encounter Feral Metaverse, the long-term, shape-shifting project I’m developing with Theo Triantafyllidis.
It’s one of those works that refuses to behave: part multiplayer simulation, part installation, part worldbuilding exercise that keeps mutating every time we show it.
The review (in Polish) focuses on the logic of code and systems running through the exhibition — which is exactly where Feral Metaverse sits. It’s a live, reactive environment: players, structures, behaviours, glitches, and the invisible rules holding everything together. Producing it means more than just “managing a project.” It’s architecture, choreography, tech strategy, and institutional negotiation rolled into one.
This is the space my studio works in: art, technology, immersive experiences, and the messy in-between.
Projects that need someone who can carry the creative thinking, hold the complexity, and still deliver a piece that functions in public space — not just in theory.
If you’re developing:
a new media installation
an interactive or game-based artwork
a large-scale worldbuilding project
or anything that blends art + tech + performance
…and you need creative direction + production leadership, this is the backbone I bring. From early concept strategy to cross-disciplinary teams, budgets, timelines, and the final install — I build work that actually survives the real world.
And if you want to talk about a project, collaboration, or commissioning process — get in touch.
Warsaw Goes Feral!
Feral Metaverse enters Warsaw. Produced by Kniaziakidis Productions for Theo Triantafyllidis at CCA Ujazdowski Castle’s group show Jeśli/To (If/Then).
Guess what? Feral Metaverse is opening in Warsaw.
On October 3rd, Theo Triantafyllidis’ Feral Metaverse joins the group exhibition Jeśli/To (If/Then) at CCA Ujazdowski Castle. Produced by Kniaziakidis Productions and co-produced by Onassis ONX, this installation brings Theo’s feral multiplayer world into the castle’s layered architecture — part of a major lineup of artists exploring narrative, glitch, and game logic.
This is only the first announcement. More details on the show — and what’s coming next — very soon.
Full exhibition info via CCA Ujazdowski Castle.
