I lead projects across physical fabrication, digital production, interactive systems and immersive environments, bringing together artists, institutions, partners, engineers, fabricators and technical teams. I establish the production structure, budgets, schedules and lines of responsibility; manage the critical institutional and technical decisions; and carry the work through fabrication, installation and launch.

For artists who need longer-term development beyond a single exhibition or commission.

I work with artists over time on the direction and positioning of the practice, the development of new work, and the institutional and commercial relationships needed to advance it. Depending on the engagement, this can include identifying commissioners and partners, developing proposals and funding routes, building relationships with curators, galleries and collectors, and representing selected projects or opportunities.

Project representation is selective and defined around an agreed scope; it is not blanket gallery representation.

For projects that are stalled, fragmented, politically complex or approaching delivery without a workable structure.

I step in when standard project management is no longer enough. The first task is to identify what is actually failing—scope, ownership, budget, decision-making, communication or production logic. The second is to establish clear authority and priorities, make the necessary decisions and rebuild a credible route to delivery.

I work through defined project engagements, longer-term collaborations and ongoing strategic retainers with artists, studios, institutions and brands.

Some engagements focus on a specific production or critical phase. Others develop over months or years, particularly where I am involved in long-term artist development, strategic direction or executive production.

Retainers provide continuity of senior involvement across project development, opportunity assessment and critical decisions. Each is structured around an agreed scope, allocation of working days and level of responsibility.
