I ran Little & Large Editions, overseeing the platform’s archive, shop, and the production and release of new editioned artworks.

The role combined programme management with hands-on production, working directly with artists, designers, and manufacturers to develop and produce new editions and bring them to market.

Alongside production, I reorganised and activated the studio archive and led the platform’s rebranding, restructuring how the editions programme was presented and distributed while maintaining continuity with its earlier releases.
